- Argentinian-born former cancer research scientist. Lived in France and in the United States for over thirty two years, managed to move her aching bones back to South America in 2005, dragged by a politically disenchanted husband who fell in love with Buenos Aires but ran into the Kirchners (for those who are not up-to-date with Argentinian politics, Nestor and Cristina Kirchner are doing a nasty duet in governing the country -no Margot and Rudolf there, more the three stooges minus one-). Lives in Uruguay, country she loves and belongs to by family ties. But in her mind, she never left Paris!
